  • Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Our base shipping rate is $4.99. For orders over $49.99, the base shipping rate is free! 
  • Once in transit, your order will be delivered in 2-5 business days, depending on your location. For the easiest way to stay updated on

Shipping to the UK & Canada

International Shipping to the United Kingdom and Canada:

  • Processing Times: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods: We ship all international orders via trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Transit Times:
    • Delivery times are generally 4-8 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Canada are subject to duties and taxes mandated by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred on their order. These charges are beyond our control and vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
  • Packaging: All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Restricted Items: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs restrictions. These items will be noted on the product page.

Additional Information:

  • Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages: In the case where UPS, DHL, or FedEx is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach the recipient at point of delivery, or refusal of the package, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse.
  • Refunds & Replacements: If your items arrive damaged or if the parcel is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a refund or replacement as per our returns policy.

Shipping Carriers

We ship directly to your door, via Tusk Logistics, UPS, and Surepost (final mile for smaller packages). Orders shipped via Tusk will be delivered by GLS (West Coast States) and LSO (West South Central States). Orders shipping via UPS will be shipped Ground.

You will be sent tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

We do NOT offer Expedited Shipping. As a sustainably-minded business, we do not want to emit more emissions than necessary, which is one reason why we only sell non-perishable items! Thank you for your support and understanding. 

Where do we ship?

Flowers Bees ships to the 48 contiguous states in the US, UK, and Canada, from our warehouse in Florida! Unfortunately, other than the countries that were listed, we do not ship anywhere else internationally.
