Refund and Returns Policy

 

REFUNDS

All products at Flowers Bees are final sale. However, we have a 7-day refund policy, from the date of package receipt, to request a refund for any items that may have been damaged or have any other issue. We’ll request a photo of the applicable items. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send instructions on next steps with your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted, as we don’t accept returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or be given the option for store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or if the expiration date is not what was advertised, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Again, all items must be evaluated within our 7-day window from the date of package receipt.

RETURNS

In order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, we do not accept returns, and we do not issue return labels. All products are final sale.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and contact us with your request. Due to the nature of our inventory we cannot guarantee availability of products after purchase.

PRICE CHANGES

Our prices are subject to change without notice. As such, we cannot honor price changes. Oftentimes we bring in items we’ve had before, but at a different price, based upon what we pay for them. As it pertains to promotions, we will only honor the pricing for the promotion time period, as listed on marketing communications.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, before the order has been processed, please contact [email protected] as soon as you know you want to cancel the order. Requesting to cancel an order after the order has been processed will incur a 20% restocking fee. If the order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel your order.
